Is this quoting software?
No. It works with the quoting software, templates or spreadsheets you already use and does the drafting for you. If you don’t have quoting software, it can produce quotes in Word, Google Docs or PDF.
Can it price jobs on its own?
It prices from rules you give it, like your rate card and standard line items. Anything outside those rules, such as a custom job, is flagged for you to price by hand.
Will quotes still look like ours?
Yes. Drafts use your own template, branding and wording, so customers see the same quotes they always have, just sooner.
Does it work for proposals as well as quotes?
Yes. Proposal automation follows the same pattern: the brief and details go in, a first draft comes out in your template, and you edit and send it.
How much does it cost?
The audit is free, and so is the 90 day pilot. Before we build, we agree an hours target and the monthly price in writing. If the workflow hits the target by day 90, it stays on at that price. If it doesn’t, you owe nothing.
